仪器用途：

    上海祗美电子索氏提取器根据索氏抽提原理、用重量测定方法来测定脂肪含量。即在有机熔剂下溶解脂肪，用抽提法使脂肪从熔剂中分离出来，然后烘干，称量，计算出脂肪含量。
    本仪器主要由加热抽提，熔剂回收和冷却三大部分组成。操作时可以根据试剂沸点和环境温度不同而调节加热温度，试样在抽提过程反复浸泡及抽提，从而达到快速测定目的。
